Letizia Grossi (Ferrara, 1989) is a Italian freelancer illustrator.
She began her artistic studies at Art Institute Dossi Dossi of Ferrara where she obtained her diploma, then continued at the Academy of Fine Arts of Bologna where she graduated in comic and illustrations.
She then takes part at various national and international contests which eventually led her to win the first prize at the biennal competition for young illustrators "Bosco di Fiabe" (Fairytale Forest) in Novara.
She often organizes artistic activities for kids entitled "Comic Lab" aimed at introducing the young generation to illustration.
Among her numerous project and experiences she has been producing logos for Prodottoinrete.it, comic strips for “Why Not? Cocktail Lab” in Merano, tableaux marriage, invitation cards for wedding and other event.
Since 2015 she has been a very active caricaturist, her pictures have made her extremely popular in her hometown Ferrara, but also in Cesena, Trento, Verona and even Liverpool (UK).
She actively publishes on Instagram as a cartoonist: her humble characters tell
excerpts of everyday life, never displaying their faces to the viewer.
And finally, in case you haven't noticed yet, she nurture a secret love for raccoons.
